Penina certified as a Payroll Agent in 2014 and went to work in a city centre firm. Putting her knowledge into practice, she processed end to end payroll for all business sizes, from director only to 250+ employee payrolls.
Penina then became payroll manager at mid-sized accountancy firm, managing the payroll provision for 350 payrolls including weekly, monthly, fortnightly and 4-weekly payrolls. Here, Penina honed her skills, making the payroll process for the firm and their clients more streamlined and time efficient.
She then moved to a local firm, to restructure and streamline their payroll department.
Outside of work Penina likes to spend time with her family and get creative whilst cooking, baking or scrapbooking.
